How often do you go out and let yourself experience the joys life has to offer? What activities set your soul on fire and how often to you add these fun activities to your schedule?
Part of living life is allowing yourself to experience new things and to allow yourself to step out of your comfort zone. We all have a comfy little place where we feel safe, comfortable and within bounds. Although, so often we get so comfortable in our everyday safety place that we forget to allow ourselves to live. Make this month about stepping out of the box into the light so you can reach greater heights.
No one ever got anywhere standing still. We were not born to sit in place we were made capable of doing all types of amazing things. So, take advantage of all the tools accessible to you and live your best life by being an active member in your day to day life.
Do you ever catch yourself feeling like you do not know what to do next? Like maybe life itself is just not going the way you want it to?
Well that’s sometimes the natural order of things. sometimes it takes time for your life to fall into place. Sometimes it takes a lot of patients and time for life to get on track. When you find life is not working out it is always best to try to grasp the reality of your situation by writing a pros and cons list. Then once this list is complete allow yourself to work on each thing on the con list till you find balance and more order for yourself…

Stress can affect your mind body and soul in so many ways. Depending on how the stress is affecting you and at what level you feel it is affecting your life will determine what is the best suited option for managing it. The first step. you may want to consider is contacting your physician to see if they have any recommendations that would best suit your personalized health and wellness. After that it may be a good idea to cut caffeine and sugars out of your diet. Find a way to decrease your stress levels or find an activity to burn off all your access negative energy.

Life is never short of a to do list. Although, I find taking time out of every week break away from your daily trend can promote a positive flow of motivation. So, this month don’t shy away from adding some special events to this year’s calendar. Take in a concert, art class, fun day out with the friends or perhaps a family game night to lighten the mood and give you something fun to look forward to. Remember it is your life to live so get out there. Try new things and enjoy life!

- Try a New Restaurant, watch a New Movie or Do Something New.
- Add a New Exercise to Your Work out Plan.
- Plan a Spring Break Adventure
- Redecorate a room in your house
- Start Your Spring Cleaning
- Find a Fun Way to Celebrate the first day of Spring March 20th
- Work on Taxes if you have not already.
