No one is perfect so of course you will have some days that you do better than others. The important thing to remember is to always do your best to place your needs above your wants or anyone else.
Unless, you are a parent and your child is in need or you are in a dyer situation. If you do not keep your Daily balance, Self-care and Over-all Well Being in consideration. You can risk Falling off Track for Your Goals or even Negative Health and Wellness!

MY OWN PERSONAL SELF-CARE GOALS
This month I have 3 self-care goals:
#1. Sleep Goal: I need to stop allowing myself to stay up so late. I have always had sleeping issues and because of it I frequently find myself later down the week burnt out. So, I am going to try to meditate before sleep and give myself a better lights out goal.
#2. Exercise Goal: I need to work on my sugar levels and have been trying to loose 5-10 pounds per month. So, in order to so do I plan to walk for 20 to 30 minutes at least 3-5 times a week until the pool re-opens so I can start swimming again.
#3. Diet Goal: Much like explained on my above exercise goal I have been trying to better maintain my sugar levels and loose weight. So, I have been working hard to eat Caesar salad for lunch 5 days a week plus trying to make sure I eat all 3 meals everyday but Sat and Sun.
*To start I am currently at my second weight loss goal and hope to reach my 3rd or 2nd goal by August to attend my sisters wedding. I currently get between 3 to 6 hours of sleep on the regular week day and between 6 to 9 on the weekend. As for exercise, I usually exercise about 3 to 5 days a week but since the Corona Virus came about I have found myself in a slump not wanting to leave my home by the time I get out of work. So, stating my goals here I hope it will push me to make the steps I need to take in the right direction. I also hope my goals will inspire others to do the same for them selves.
- Update 05/29/20 : So, May 2020 has been quite the month. I am happy to share that I have definatly got my diet back on track. As well, as putting myself to sleep early. Unfortunately, I am still working on my weight but it is a battle that I have faced my whole life and I’m not giving up now. So I plan to continue this challenge as long as I can and update each month as I proceed with the process. ❤
