So, in order to do so I am going to give you some helpful hints on how to not just gain control of your Mind, Body & Soul. Also, to help you find self-awareness and confidence in the answers you probably have secretly been holding away deep inside you. Let’s start with the concept that sure, you can google your symptoms but they will never bring you to the exact issue. Unless you narrow down your triggers and symptoms you will just drive yourself insane. So, today I want to teach you how to take your life and symptoms into your own hands.

Rule #1 Do Not Just Wait & Rely on Your Doctor

Here are the first steps you need to know in order to help yourself. With this step you can help your doctor to move the process along in a swift and more accurate way. Which will also help you to find the peace and happiness you deserve. As well as to help you to live your best most health life.

Step #1: Keep A Daily Journal

In this journal, write down how you are feeling emotionally and physically. This part is so important you would never believe how the simplest answer can be found in this section of the process.

Step #2: Do Not Just Stop There, Bullet Point Your Symptoms

Make sure to write down anything that stands out. Examples maybe any symptoms that make you feel sick or uneasy. Such as anxiety, dizziness, exhaustion, stress, depression, rashes, swelling, gas, bloating, bowel or urination troubles. Yes, no one wants to talk about these details but these are the keys to finding the answers that are making you sick or uneasy.

Step # 3: Specify and Write Down What You’re Eating and Activities

Make sure to check with your doctor for the best exercises for your condition!

For Example: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks:

  • What did you eat?
  • What time did you eat it?
  •  How much of it did you eat?
  • How did you feel before and after?

Activities List:

  • What activity did you do?
  • How long did you do it?
  • How did you feel before & after?
  • How long did you sleep for last night?

Step #4: Collect & Review Your Data Collected

On a separate piece of paper do a weekly review to help you better understand and manage your overall health. Look over your daily journals and review your bullet points. Highlight, the triggers or symptoms that seem to repeat. Then, look over what you did, how you felt and what you ate each of the days your symptoms and triggers came up.

THE BIG QUESTION: Do Any of Them Line Up?

This is where you will find out if your symptoms have triggers. Maybe, you have an allergy that is affecting your health or an activity that is triggering a reaction. Maybe, all that stress or anxiety is not really caused from stress or anxiety at all. Perhaps, you have a hormone imbalance from a certain food.

Examples of Types of Triggers:

Allergies such as:

Food, and Environmental Things.

Emotions such as:

Fear, PTSD, Stress, Panic, Anxiety, Anger, Rage, Depression, and etc.

Physical such as:

Hair loss, Skin problems (Discolorations, Dry, Oily or Acne Filled), Hair Pulling or Eating, Scratching, Bloating, Physical pain in specific areas, inflammation and etc.

Addictions:

Drugs, Alcohol, Food, Sex, Negativity, and etc;

Something to Remember During This Time:

Doing this does not make you a hypochondriac it makes you proactive! People may not understand why you are being so serious about finding the answers you seek but it is none of their business. It you your right and your choice what type of life you want to lead. To live a healthy life of self-awareness is 150% Better than living a life in the dark in pain! If people do not understand that than that is their problem not yours. Which leads me to step #5!

Step # 5: Do Not Give Up!!! Keep Tracking Your Emotional & Physical State!

Follow all of the above for a span of a month at the very least for best results try for 3 months or on a regular basis. This way every time you see your doctor you can go in with real answers.

Step #6: Do Not Be Afraid to Stand Up for Yourself

Have faith in the work you have done. Take pride in the fact that you and only you will decide your fate. Having confidence in yourself is the most important part of this whole process because without it every time someone tells you their opinion you will bend your thoughts. So, by collecting all of the above information even if you do not have total and complete understanding of what is going you. You still have the facts written down to back you up! Have faith in yourself and do not be afraid to get second opinions or as many as you need till you feel comfortable with the answers you are given!
